I know this plan sucks. But some more people will get healthcare that don't have it now. and I hope that they can make the changes necessary later when they find out it won't work (i.e. public option, and state opt out and too much involvement by insurance cos.

but they won't.

And they won't do it in the future. Once Obama signs whatever Insurance Company Protection Act lands on his desk he and Congress will spend some time patting themselves on the back and never go back to the issue of Americans having access to health care (not "coverage") again. And they'll expect us to be grateful.
