Glenn Beck Has Surgery for Appendicitis

Glenn Beck suffered from appendicitis during his radio show Wednesday and had to undergo surgery, a Fox News Channel spokeswoman said.

She said she had no further details.

"He's expected to make a full and complete recovery," said Andrew P. Napolitano, who filled in for Beck on his TV show.

The 45-year Beck, who underwent what he called "butt surgery" nearly two years ago and publicly complained that it went "awry," will be sidelined for the rest of the week.

Seriously, I wouldn't wish it on anybody, it sucks.

At least now they do laparoscopic surgery, so you end up with a few bandaids and not a whole lot of pain. That open surgery was nasty. That's the one I had.

They left his gall bladder, so he'll still be loaded with bile.

to appendicitis in adults, along with trauma, worms, foreign bodies, etc. But, as far as good ol' Beckkk is concerned, my money is on the obstructing fecaliths. 'Cause he sure is full of 'em.

11. When I was a kid, I was told that swallowing the seeds in oranges

would cause appendicitis. So I was really careful never to do that. Years later, I got appendicitis anyway.

On the bright side, now I don't have to worry about swallowing those seeds.

Do you think he drew a sketch of his body and labeled them with misspelled words and added up how much it should cost and was off by a few thousand dollars. You know he can't spell or add and subtract. Or do you think he was crying about he wanted to have a 9/12 tea party for the removal of his innards.
