They had a Dem who campaigned against Progressives and was essentially going after the Republican vote, and a genuine Republican. So they stayed home.

They could have gone for the lesser of two evils - but didn't.
McDonnell has a lousy environmental record, a horrid record on womens right to choose, and is probusiness/anti-labor all the way. I voted against him.
