GOP sweep my ass.

In Boston, Mayor Tom Menino (Democrat) won a fifth term in office.

Your turn. Did a (D) win where you live? Tell me about it, please.

2. Just off the top of my head.....
Democratic mayor won re-election in my small town of Boone, NC. A Democrat won the mayor's race in Charlotte, which hasn't had a Dem mayor in 30 years.

4. Cincinnati Mayor Mark Mallory (D) reelected
Reelected with 54% of the vote despite Republican attempts to blame him for our large budget deficit caused by declining tax revenues caused by the George W Bush economy.
