The other day's post is below the Quote. I'm going to check off all of the most Dem options in the multiple choice questions and send it, unsigned, in their postage paid envelop. At first I wondered whether their "registration" of my PERSONAL form would be traceable to me, but considering their screwed up mailing list to begin with, no problem!1

http://www.nypost.com/p/pagesix/cindy_adams/fiscal_crash_course_BeUYW8RxgmFmpakOSMAFSJNOW, about the GOP: A top Dem fund-raiser, a Clinton go-to person who is also a National Committee man, got a personally addressed letter from the Republican Party. Enclosing a specific number, it stated: "This is your 2009 Congressional District Census registered code in your name as a representative of your area" . . . this is "because of your high level of political involvement and steadfast commitment to the Republican Party." Either the intent is to deliberately humble this person, or the Republican Party's direct mail application needs a makeover.

I don't know what's more pathetic, that they are randomly mail blasting or that they are using a faked up "census" format.
The envelop says "DO NOT DESTROY - OFFICIAL DOCUMENT."
There is a huge window through which is visible, above the name/address:
"SPECIAL NOTICE: You have been selected to represent (Rethug) voters in (your state's xxth) Congressional District. Enclosed please find documents registered in your name. DELIVER EXCLUSIVELY TO: Mr (whassisname). Census Document Registered to: (the name/address label)"
Then there are: 1) a postage paid return envelop. 2) a three page solicitation letter titled "2009 Congressional District Census commissioned by the (Rethug) Party" asking for donations from $25 to "EVEN $500". and 3) a four page fake "census" questionnaire, the last page being a check off of donation amounts.
Now, returning the postage paid envelop itself is a given. But empty? Or with the questions answered, either as an unlabeled "Other," or checking off "Other" and writing in "Democratic Voter" or "Proud Liberal" or such? Marking, of course, the most nearly Dem options given.
The questions are grouped into "Political Profile, General issues, Domestic issues, National Defense.
HaHAH: In the "Census Certification and Reply" section (the donation part), one of the options is, "I cannot send a donation at that level right now. But I am enclosing $15 to help defray the cost of processing my Census Document."
