Militia madness: Online game based on American civil war in 2011 after 'Obama's coup fails'
By David Neiwert Saturday Oct 17, 2009 9:00am

It seems like every week I come across some truly weird piece of militia organizing from the freshly revived Patriot movement.

This week's is pretty special: An online game at which you can actually earn money by defending America in the year 2011 against the evil forces of the fallen Obama administration. The game is called "2011: Obama Coup Fails".

They've created a whole future history, written from the perspective of people in the year 2011. And as you can see, it's militia-movement material from the '90s updated for the Glenn Beck generation. For instance, here's the history:

4. When it passes through the mind of a Tea Bagger who sees Acorns in his nightmares.
Actually, what this looks like to me is a way of wargaming a battle solution. The military does things like this before they put boots on the ground or run live war games. Remember, the game the US Army puts out to recruit "War Fighters?"

This could be a game.

Or, it could be a recruitment video for finding people willing to fight a civil war and murder those of use who don't agree with them, or happen to be of a different color or ethnic background.

we the people need to be protected against these violent shitheads... I suggest padded cells and rectal probes

As far as the game, it just sounds dumb. If it were any good... you'd be able to pick sides :-))

5. I'm not too concerned
about a bunch of overfed Baby Huey motherfuckers playing 101st Keyboard Kommando games in Ma's basement. Actual participation in militia activities requires too much exertion.

11. These people need serious mental help.
If they even believe a fraction of that trash is anywhere close to the truth, then they are out of their minds.

Lou Dobbs missing and presumed dead! Rush and Hannity rounded up and sent to re-education camps! Faux disbanded and reporters arrested!

Did you know that there were 1 million people attending the tea baggers march on 9/12/2009? And it wasn't even reported by Yahoo News!!!!
