whole days at a hospital because DEATH was near to someone I loved! She's gone now, she lived long, BUT my oh my the paperwork, the phone calls that MESS that we fell into was not only overwhelmingly STRESSFUL, but took up far too much time! Days and days of times, that turned into months, and each month, there was more time, and more questions we had to ask over and over again!

To MUCH bureaucracies! Too much interference by all the time consuming demands, simply to get answers and make sure her health care coverage was going to actually COVER!!
