If I remember correctly, he spent most of the time vacationing.

So what's all this bullshit I'm hearing about Obama? Kind of hard to get work done when no one seems to want to work with you.

Just thought I'd throw that out there.

5. Nothing. (1) Ignored all warnings about Al Qaeda (2) tax cuts to bust the balanced budget
(3) bringing on the decline of the DOW two months into his administration, while (4) he paid the Taliban $45 million, and (5) let Ken Lay and Dick Cheney secretly map energy policy.

He also (6) killed stem cell progress, and (7) pushed faith based bullshit and vouchers for private schools.

When 9-11 saved his presidency, Bush was already headed to oblivion.

14. That's why GWB had to be a "war" president. He thought it would buy him two terms.
And he was right.

13. I know this is outside the first 10 months, but only a couple months later
January 2002 -- "Bush lost consciousness for a brief time in the White House on Sunday evening while eating a pretzel and watching a professional football game on television. He fell from his couch and has a scrape and large bruise on his left cheekbone, plus a bruise on his lower lip, to show for his troubles. His glasses cut the side of his face." Does that count?
