For those who wish to take action against discrimination...
Please visit and take a stand on this issue:

Stop Employment Discrimination Against LGBT Individuals

In 29 states, it's still legal to fire someone because they're gay and in 38 states it is legal to fire someone for being transgender. HR 3017, the Employment Non-Discrimination Act (ENDA), introduced by Rep Barney Frank (D-MA), would end that injustice by extending fair employment practices under federal law to gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender individuals. To date, thousands of hardworking lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender Americans have lost their livelihoods simply because of who they are. Clearly, the patchwork of state laws is insufficient to ensure justice for all working people. If enacted ENDA will make it illegal in every state to fire, refuse to hire, or refuse to promote employees simply based on sexual orientation or gender identity.
