Harman and Pelosi have been silent about their own run-ins with the FBI because the truth casts a very ugly light on both of them. Harman was given a pass by the Justice Department because she provided support for the Chimp's illegal wiretapping. Pelosi was given a pass by everybody because Harman's pass is transferable to anybody on the same route.

I suspect that Schakowsky finds herself in a similar spot. I would not at all be surprised if she was put on the spot by the same people who got Pelosi and Harman to provide cover for the Chimp. When you get right down to it, that's probably what Jan is doing now, whether she knows it or not.
