Czars sounds so Russian, so foreign, so undemocratic, so totalitarian...they are all about image and never about substance.

22. The czar thing has been going on since FDR. WIth that in mind, when

one looks at the number that have been appointed thus far, without benefit of senate vetting or confirmation, isn't it odd that the argument "Well, HE did it first" is used as borderline justification.
