Grown by people that I know
I drive a clunker car
Too fuel efficient by far
To cash in when SUV drivers
Raked in the dough.

I "believe" in synchronicity
Because it believes in me
I watch the moon and stars go by, up in the sky
For all the world to see
I listen to the birds sing
And watch the river flow
And online and IRL
The phonies' cover I will blow.

So if you have a false agenda
And hide behind degrees
And toxic innuenda
And hop around like fleas
Trying to intimidate and frighten
Those who you can't charge a fee
Because they've found ways
Around your power plays
And heal themselves patent free

What you've gained
By portraying your industry
In such terms
By bullying and bludgeoning
Until your victim squirms
Like a sample on a glass slide
Beneath your skeptic scopic lens
Pounding away at reality, demanding

And one day or
Long dark night you wake up
And wonder
