How in the hell is the government going to build prison space
for 47,000,000 people. After all, if you can't afford the health insurance in the first place...you sure as hell can't afford the fine. If you don't pay the fine...then what? Usualy it means jail time....so we're going to fuck around and make another underclass of people...I say bullshit on that!!!
