Another "Oh no!" for the birthers. Larry Sinclair comes clean, admits he was lying about Obama
Edited on Wed Sep-16-09 09:15 PM by ck4829
The affidavit that Obama foe Larry Sinclair claims to have filed in a California court, in which he accuses birther Orly Taitz of trying to get him to lie on the stand, is available right here. In it, Sinclair recounts being ushered into Taitzs office and being told by her to testify that three (3) member (sic) of Obamas church were murder (sic). Sinclair claims to have recoiled at this, at which point Taitz encouraged him to say it anyway.

You testifying that three (3) members of Obamas church were murdered will help me establish that expedited delivery is necessary because people wind up dead over Obama.

Sinclair also implicates Cynthia Davis, a Republican state representative from Missouri, claiming that she was part of a previous meeting with Taitz that Sinclair attended. Lucas Smith, the Iowa man who has been shopping around a forged Kenyan birth certificate for Obama, also appears in the affidavit.

A disclaimer: Sinclair is a con man with a long criminal record who has filed frivolous lawsuits in the past. But Taitz hasnt denied this yet.

2. I'm not an attorney
but I do believe encouraging a client to lie on the stand or in a sworn affidavit is grounds for disbarment in most states.

4. Nothing he or anyone else says will ever make a difference to them.
They'll say he was paid off, or threatened, or secretly "in the tank" all along. Some of them will go so far as to say that the whole Sinclair thing was planned from the start, that it was a conspiracy to make critics of Obama look bad. I can hear it now: "He's such a scummy low-life, I bet it was easy to get him to participate in this plot to defame Obama's opponents!"

That's what they'll say about anyone else who testifies in favor of Obama, should any of this bullshit ever actually find its way inside of a courtroom. All documents supporting Obama will be forgeries. And all documents and testimony against him will be genuine and true.

They're too far gone. They'll tell themselves ANYTHING to maintain their delusions. Their ability to rationalize and to casually dismiss facts they don't like is difficult to fathom for a rational person. I hope someone is studying this phenomenon and the people who are part of it.
