And whats the current ration set at now for charging premiums based on factors such as age? Pretty sure there isn't one. That doesn't become a rule, but a guideline that you cannot go above. Yes, I think it is set far too high, but, better than nothing (status quo)

We bend over backward for Republicans and they don't give a damn and will never say we are,if we are worried about uninformed independents the right will just scream we are partisan on there countless media outlets repeating the lie till everyone believes it.

We don't need the republicans there to extreme and will never give us credit no matter what we do to make them happy,we got at least 4 years to get something done for people, I say we do it hell or high water,and we just repeat we tried to be bi partisan but they proved to be obstructionist.
