Its not as if this was the only other thing that was going on. Contrary to what some people think, they can get more than one thing done at a time. Your logic would seem to extend to the meme from George will and others that Obama "has too much on his plate"
11. No we are talking about maintaining civility within the Halls of Congress
There are going to be many many bills argued and voted on in Congress over the years and decades but they must be done in a civil manner. These type of outbursts can not be tolerated in a this place of Legislation.
:)Yes you did ask. I didn't meant to demean your question. I have mixed feelings on this vote even though I would have voted yay in the end if i had a vote. I think it was a harder vote then it seems
Democrats--and Republicans--should be free to vote in accordance with the will of their constituents or their conscience and not necessarily in lockstep with the national party. Of course Republicans do not have that kind of freedom and that is a big part of the problem with Wsshington.
