It's the only game in town
Seeing certain DUers on the Marxist thread reminds me of an old joke:

"Abumby, why do you keep playing in the poker game down at the Dew Drop Inn? You know those guys are cheats."

"Yeah. I know. It's fixed. . . . But it's the only game in town."

Would you continue to defend capitalism if you knew the game was fixed and you could never win?

Your are more likely to become a multi-millionaire by playing lotto than by working hard and/or building a business. I feel safe in asserting that not one person who reads this will ever make as much in a year as Stephen Helmsley's (CEO of United Healthcare) $700 million+. Why do so many continue to be duped by the personal responsibility meme, when it is clear that resources are not being allocated on the basis of contribution or value but rather on some other basis?
