Why do Republicans send spoiled impetuous frat boys to Congress instead of grown ups?
I may not like his politics, but John McCain gave a rare and entirely non-conformist display of maturity on the Republican side of the aisle last night. I don't expect Republicans to agree with the president's proposals or politics, but it's really not too much to ask that they not jump around and fling their feces like caged monkeys during a speech by the leader of the Free World delivered at the seat of the American government.

Sigh. I guess the Constitution can require that you be 25 to sit in Congress, but it can't force 'em to act 25 once they get there.
