Congressman Joe Barton (R-TX) on C-Span is basically calling Obama a Liar

About the speech Obama just gave. Barton just said on C-Span, that what Obama just said in his speech cannot be reconciled in any way shape or form with the bill. Barton also said that what he just heard from Obama on the House Floor was the most surreal thing he's ever heard in his 25 years as congressman.
