Dumb Question: Could AG Jerry Brown's health claim denial probe lead to murder charges
against insurance execs?

I am uneasy about the death penalty, but if we have it, insurance company execs who kill customers by deny legit claims deserve as much as Ted Bundy or Tim McVeigh.

1. If you put a policy in place where you insist all claims are denied
then make ill people fight for the coverage that they paid for and deserve, and the covered person dies due to the policy of with-holding treatment as a matter of business as usual, then I could see a charge of voluntary manslaughter or something similar.

I personally think that the execs would deserve more then, say, McVeigh. McVeigh didn't profit off of his crime. The execs do profit from their crimes.

2. Their standard line is that they didn't prevent people getting care.
They only declined to pay for it.

5. take away their health insurance, let a rattlesnake bite them...
Make sure they can't access any of their bank accounts or credit cards, then let them see if they can get served soon enough to save their lives.
