Just musing here ... What would be the reaction to a black president if he had been Republican?

Would they be horrified at their children hearing the president talk?

I am wondering how much of this insanity is race based and how much is political?

Of course the combination of a liberal African American makes an unbeatable catalyst for foaming up the 30% of slime we must live with in this country, but what if the situation were different?

How much are inbred prejudices that reflexively burst out and how much is instigated only by a media that deliberately inflames these vile feelings.

If the conservative media was not antagonistic and adopted a tone of acceptance, might most of the ugliness have remained dormant and in time possibly fade away?
