Okay, Imus gets fired for a stupid comment, Bush abadons minorities to death during Katrina

Surreal. Yes, it was a pathetic comment. But, if Americans can demand the head of a shock jock for a racist comment, but won't demand the removal of a President who abadoned hundreds to their death, I am not interested in the hypocritical discussion.

Let this discussion go away, so we can have a REAL discussion about the politics of hate & fear.

He is fired. Fire the real hate mongerers (Rush, Hannity, etc), & please let's move on to the crisis situation we have in Washington.

The nation needs to focus on the issue which is getting people killed by the day, & suppressing the freedom of ALL.
