Or is that just for Presidents?

1. I believe the President gets to designate who gets a state funeral
and it should be on the table, if the family wants it.

2. It's not just for presidents.
He could have a State Funeral in Massachusetts.

The Congress, however, has the ability to grant a state funeral at the national level for non-presidents.

3. I believe that Rosa Parks did...
Parks eventually received many honors ranging from the 1979 Spingarn Medal to the Congressional Gold Medal, a posthumous statue in the United States Capitol's National Statuary Hall. Her death in 2005 was a major story in the United States' leading newspapers. She was granted the posthumous honor of lying in honor at the Capitol Rotunda.

4. He'll undoubtably lie in state in the Rotunda
Did Teddy ever say where he wanted to be buried?

8. He had better
I want to see the week long event they did for RAYGUN. This man did more for America than the pukes want us to think Raygun did.

11. He could be buried at Arlington,
because -- and I had forgotten this -- he was an Army PFC during the Korean War, but never saw combat.

We will learn his wishes soon enough.

Somehow I think Teddy would actually prefer to be buried in Ireland or have his ashes scattered at sea off his beloved Hyannisport.
