I'm on day #4 of my "less than 1000 calorie diet plan". Today I'm fasting with the exception of one 8.5% abv pale ale beer. Whoa, it's hitting the spot as we speak.

it's kept me alive for a week and a half now, not very well, but alive. As far as enlightenment the only thing I've had an epiphany about so far is that I really like to eat and really fucking wish i could do it right now.

I've had to eat cheap before from necessity, beans and rice are good for that.

Unless you have nowhere to cook.

Peanut butter provides a good bit of protein and fats at a reasonable price.
