Is the CBO scoring "Medicare for All" this month?

1 week ago today, seafan posted here that

"Weiner said that they (the House of Representatives) has asked the Congressional Budget Office to complete a cost analysis on the Single Payer (Medicare For All) plan for health care. He said that the analysis will take place during August."

Has there been any confirmation of this? Has the CBO actually agreed to do this? I've heard no mention except for that post.

Who's really running things over there? I can't see how they could score HR 676 and NOT come to the conclusion that it's the best possible solution, but there are obviously a lot of people in DC that don't want that reality to become public.
