"President Barack Obama" and the audience applauded
where? At the 90th celebration of Pete Seeger at Madison Square Garden, when Norman Lear came to pay tribute to him.

Such a refreshing reaction. And was so nice to see a diverse crowd of performances and of the audience after seeing only white meat at all the "town hall" gatherings.

On PBS. (Yes, I know it was on Saturday; we sat at the basement waiting for the tornado warning to pass).

I think that it will air again this month - pledge time, urgg.. but: Joan Baez, Richie Haven singing Freedom, just like 40 years ago at Woodstock, Kris Kristofferson - what a night!

Boomers haven!
