Right wing claims that Black Panthers with clubs outside voting station in Philly is intimidation...

....but a man with a gun outside of Obama's town hall is not.

Cognitive dissonance.

2. Both are intimidating, but polling places are special, and
intimidating voters has a long legal history.

5. Were there actually Black Panthers...
standing outside of polling stations with clubs?
I don't recall having heard of that.

I guess it's intimidation - unless they were trying to ensure that nobody else showed up to try and intimidate / frighten away minority voters.
