Current list of Fox advertisers:
FOX News has always been the propaganda arm of the Republican Party, willing to twist facts and even lie to promote the Republican agenda.

But the election of President Obama in 2008 pushed FOX News into outright hate-mongering and incitement of violence, which is intolerable in a democracy.

Tell FOX News advertisers to cancel their ads:

Current Advertisers ( 8/9/09 )

60Plus.org
AARP Insurance
Accu Chek Aviva
ADT Security
Ally Bank (allybank.com)
Apple
Avodart
Brita Filter
Broadbive Security
Conservatives for Patients Rights
Ditech (ditech.com)
Forex.com
Golden Corral
Healthy Choice
HSBC Life Insurance
Mens Warehouse
Mercedes-Benz
Metastock
Nexium
Pepboys
Radio Shack
Rapid Wash
Red Lobster
Sargento Cheese
Super8 motels (super8.com)
Superior Gold Group
United Healthcare Insurance
United States Postal Service
Wallstreet Journal
Weitz&Luxemburg

Here are some examples of intolerable hate speech and incitement to violence:

6/30/09 Glenn Beck agreed with guest who urged bin Laden to attack U.S. with nuclear weapons.

7/25/09 Neil Cavuto and guest said health care reform will impose universal euthanasia like "Soylent Green."

7/28/09 Glenn Beck said "The President has exposed himself as a guy .. who has a deep-seated hatred for white people ... or the white culture... This man is a racist."

8/6/09 Glenn Beck "joked" about giving Speaker Pelosi a glass of wine with poison.

We join with FoxNewsBoycott and Color Of Change in this boycott, which is already producing outstanding results. In the first week, 11 advertisers cancelled their FOX ads: Campbell Soup, Chrysler, General Motors, Kellogg, Kraft Foods, Lawyers.com, Nestle, Pfizer, Proctor & Gamble, Progressive Insurance, and Walmart.

Contrary1 comment: It would be nice to contact the list of sponsors who have dropped Fox and thank them.

5. I cancelled my AARP Homeowners and
Auto insurance last week effective today. Fox is really not the reason, the insurance company (Hartford) won't pay claims. Back in June we had a tornado and a bad hail storm. Everyone in my neighborhood has reported hail damage to their roofs and all but me have been approved to have their shingles replaced. I was the first to report the damage on July 1 and after a week they send an Adjuster that won't even climb on the roof to take pictures, my contractor took the pictures for him. After 10 more days I get a call from the insurance company (Hartford) and they say I have minimal damage and they will pay me $280. I told (Hartford) what the Adjuster did and that payment was unacceptable. They then said they would send another Adjuster out, this one was notified on July 22 and it took him 14 days to make it to my house (he lives 10 miles away). There is much more to this than I have time to write, to make it short they have put me through hell since July 1 and as of today August 10 I still don't know if they will cover the repairs.

6. Well, I wouldn't expect much success with "Conservatives for Patients' Rights."
;-)

Places like Golden Corral, Red Lobster, and Super 8 might be more susceptible to consumer complaints about where they advertise.
