He's the director of the Information Security Oversight Office.

2. There was a guy who helped author the Patriot Act...
who told his touching story of 9/11 then he went on to something along the lines of...we know more than you do so it's okay for us to keep whatever secrets we want. :eyes:

Another guy is saying that it's not all about secrets. It's also a power struggle.
