His worst person segment on Friday consisted of O'Reilly, Beck and Roger Ailes!
Is he going to be fired now for breaching the truce agreement with Fox?
Or was that just a debunked rumor that any such agreement existed?

Probably, the disclosure of the existence of this truce was what broke it.
And as Keith himself mentioned, he's practicing tactics to protect his own interests - Rupert Murdoch and Roger Ailes are maneuvering to try to get his show cancelled, and his changes in the content are designed to fight that shit.
