Congress needs to be called back into session

It's obvious that the "recess" had gone awry.
The Screamin' MeeMees have their August all planned out, the buses are filled up and they are ready to roll.

Obama needs to call congress back, and tell them to get busy and finish their work.

The purpose for the August break, was for legislators to go back to "the people", and find out what they think.,

Well we know what they think.

They think that Obama is not the "real" president
They think that it's a "whole-lotta" fun to scream & holler and prevent any intelligent discussion
They think that nothing their legislators have to say, is worth listening to

Town Halls are getting cancelled , or shortened, and all that's happening is that the mobs are getting some pretty spiffy videos & soundbytes that we'll all be seeing as the '10 election heats up.

Staying out of session is not helping , and would not be helpful even without the mobs, since there is no one bill to explain.

They are trying to explain "blue" to a blind person.

They might as well spend August working to reconcile a bill, pass it, and get it signed. It would be sort of fun too, to see all these revved up teabaggers having to spend their August at Denny's complaining to each other about how there are no more meeting to crash.

They'll have another break soon enough.

There are probably special classes at their "activist training camps", aimed at how to "take a fall"..

besides, some reps are taking vacations, and spending well earned time with their families. the purpose of the recess is to get out of washington in august.
