It's one thing to point out that these guys are disrupting meetings, and I would not oppose even police intervention so long as the intervention is not based upon content of speech, but to start interpreting laws about "rebellion" hypothetically is a scary road to go down.

4. I believe the OP was referring to ARMED insurrection

meaning those who have talked about bringing weapons ( the Scott twitter thread from earlier) to the town hall meetings, the whole "Nazi" call to arms thing (see thread on Rachel Maddow's show here)

The whole idea of the Town Halls is to discuss the health-care problem and they are violating others rights to ask questions or to voice their opinions. What would happen if a group of thugs on our side shouted them down? The wing-nuts would be all over it calling us Nazis.
