What I did is opened up internet explorer, went to internet options and set it to clear browsing history on exit, then keep exiting & reopening the web page to vote multiple times

If your using firefox (which loads the page faster then IE) use this add on

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/1595

go to the site, vote, right click, at the bottom click "REMOVE COOKIES FOR THIS SITE", refresh page, vote again, lather, rinse, repeat. :)
