A sticky case of revenge unfolded last week in a Wisconsin motel after a woman discovered her husband was cheating and invited three other scorned lovers to settle the score -- with Krazy Glue. The 36-year-old Lothario was carrying on with all of them before his wife figured it out and notified the others, according to a criminal complaint filed in Calumet County, Wis., in a town about 90 miles north of Milwaukee.

"We had a plan," one of the women, Therese Ziemann, 48, told an investigator, according to court records. Ziemann lured the man to a Stockbridge hotel Thursday, promising a "rub down," the complaint says. He was blindfolded and tied to a bed. Then Ziemann text-messaged the other three women, including the man's wife, who joined her in the room. One of them, Wendy Sewell, 44, reportedly asked, "Which one do you love more?"

After the victim was threatened with mace, punched in the face and taunted, the mischief moved south. Ziemann glued a sensitive body part to his stomach, according to the complaint.

The women, including Michelle Belliveau, fled when the man started yelling. All were later charged with false imprisonment. Ziemann also faces charges of fourth-degree sexual assault and misdemeanor battery. The wife was not named to protect the man's identity.

The man was treated and released at a hospital, said Calumet County District Atty. Kenneth Kratz, who otherwise declined comment.

Men aren't the property of their wives any more than the wives are the property of their men. Men and women, married or otherwise, are free to sleep with whomever they like, whenever they like, whether they're married or not.

The decision for the spouse is simply whether or not they want to remain in the marriage or relationship when the other half is sleeping around. Their right to enforce their marriage vow is limited to seeking divorce. If the two people are simply dating, their rights are even simpler to implement...they have the right to dump their asses and walk out.

Physical violence, kidnapping, and sexual assault are NEVER acceptable responses to infidelity.

Imagine a philandering wife whose husband conspired with three other men to tie her up, beat her, and super glue her vagina shut. Can you imagine the outrage here if anyone dared to minimize that attack?

If the roles were reversed, all four men would be held without bail, there would be nationwide outrage, and all four would go to prison over it. But they're women, so a few chuckles are had, the crime is minimimized, and the man who was the victim is deemed as having it coming. Blame the victim.

It's the double standard wherein women aren't held to the same standard as men. Crimes by women against men are rationalized and excused because they're women committing crimes against men. That's the reality of this crime and the response by many here to it.

to physically overpower a woman. Unless she were ten feet tall and they're three feet tall.

And women don't generally sleep with three or four men at a time unless it's their profession, but in that case, she doesn't exactly have a covenant with them.

Too many men brag about their "conquests". Most of them don't even have to be emotionally involved with the person(s) they're screwing. Women, at least, have the decency to become emotionally attached to the men they sleep with. I have never known any woman who had multiple sexual partners and had the gall to treat them like walking dildoes.

There is a horrible double standard culturally when women get revenge on men as opposed to the reverse. Women are more likely to be let off.

There is never any consideration for what a man goes through emotionally. Have you ever stopped even for a microsecond to consider the absolute hell men go through when they are betrayed? we spend our entire upbringing being told NOT to open up, not to have feelings, etc. When we actually fall in love, we do open ourselves up, completely, and since we have no idea how to regulate those feelings, we are far more vulnerable to the inevitable pain.

Men treat women (in your world anyway, i suppose it's all men) like things because women seem to want that. I have known so many wonderful women (as friends whom I have consoled) who have been hurt by assholes... the problem is that's the O N L Y kind of man they EVER go after. The number of times i have been turned aside for a "hunky" (but total asshole) guy is... well I lost count. And these were smart, strong women.

My attitudes have hardened quite a lot since I was that stupid, open, caring boy (teens, 20's). it's hypocrites like you that help to form the assholes.

I don't see women the same way anymore. I have always seen women as equals, the other, maybe even better half to humanity.
