Are there are any laws against hate speech ....? Is there some place I can report

against websites/ forums that are nasty, vile and unbelievably racist .. ( I makes my stomach churn to read comments on the sites)



So the question is - Is what goes on the site protected speech?

Basic jr. high school civics.

Hate speech is protected speech.

4. If you see threats being made,

actual threats to do physical harm to a public figure, then you're not dealing with protected speech, and you can notify the nearest FBI office - just google FBI and you'll find what you need.........................
