No? Well, Doug Mariette, a cartoonist for the Tallahassee Democrat seems to think so....

1. He's ahead of his time. Bush's goal is to make the US a 3rd world
country! We're already slipping behind in a number of categories, like health care, etc.

Still, Mariette's ignorance and sloppiness are profound and disturbing. I think the mindset is that "African Americans don't belong here."
