The State Reps' names weren't originally on the case as Plaintiffs and, considering the lawyer, they may not even know it.

Their names were added on July 15 in an amended complaint.

(which is also when Michelle Obama, Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden, and Robert Gates were added).

If possible, can you please call your State Rep's office tomorrow and confirm they are Plaintiffs in this case. Complain bitterly if you can. Also, if you post to local forums, let people know.

14. It's normal for the birthers...

They usually try some cutesy way of saying "President Barack Obama". It's usually "Barry Soetoro, aka Barack Hussein Obama", or "Barack Hussein Obama, de facto President of the United States". One of Berg's lawsuits even listed Joe Biden as "de facto Vice-President and de jure President".

Since their sole claim is that Obama is an "usurper" and "not really president", they don't call him President in their lawsuits unless forced.
