A lady with lots of cleavage showing and "start your journey now my lord". WTF?

2) I don't think it's sexist, really. It's for some sort of online video game with a medieval theme--quite possibly the lady depicted in the ad is a character. A character displaying cleavage.

Is cleavage inherently sexist? Are double entendres?
