Major Stefen Cook (Freeper Birfer Suing Obama) LOSES His Defense Contractor Job
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

From Orly Taitz site:

<snippage>

Late on Tuesday afternoon, July 14, 2009, at around about 4:30 pm, Plaintiff Stefan Frederick Cook returned a call to an unknown telephone call from (813) 828-5884 and was told that his services were no longer required in Afghanistan and that he need not report for duty. In addition Plaintiff an e-mail with the revocation order attached from Master Sargent Miguel Matos (Exhibit C). Upon receipt of the revocation, Plaintiff Major Cook called his civilian boss, the CEO of Simtech, Inc., a closely held corporation that does DOD contracting in the general field of information technology/systems integration, at which Plaintiff Major was employed until taking a Military Leave of Absence on Friday July 10, 2009, a senior systems engineer and architect, in preparation for his deployment to Afghanistan. (Plaintiff has five Cisco Systems certifications in information technology dating from 2000 and just recertified in June 2009 for the Cisco Certified Design Expert qualification exam.)

The CEO of Simtech, Inc., Larry Grice, explained to Plaintiff over a series of four conversations within the next two hours, that he had been terminated. Grice told the Plaintiff that he would no longer be welcome in his former position at SOCOM but that Grice wanted to see whether he could find something within the company (Simtech, Inc.) for Cook. The upshot was that at this time Grice did not have anything for Plaintiff to do. Grice told Plaintiff, in essence, that the situation had become “nutty and crazy”, and that Plaintiff would no longer be able to work at his old position.

Grice explained that he had been in touch with Defense Security Services (an agency of the Department of Defense<1>, with regional offices located in SOCOM Headquarters at McDill Airforce Base in Tampa, Florida), and that DSS had not yet made a determination whether Plaintiff Major Cook’s clearances would be pulled, but Grice made clear to Cook that it was DSS who had compelled Cook’s termination. Essentially, because of the “nutty and crazy” situation and the communications received from DSS was no longer employable by him at all. So he was not optimistic about getting me another job at the company. Grice also reported to Plaintiff that there was some gossip that “people were disappointed in” the Plaintiff because they thought he was manipulating his deployment orders to create a platform for political purposes. Grice then discussed Plaintiff’s expectation of receiving final paychecks (including accrued leave pay) already owed, without any severance pay, and wished the Plaintiff well.

<snip>

More indication that prosecution of Cook under the UCMJ is under consideration. If he's being investigated, security clearance gets pulled.

She's trying to get an injunction against the DOD to stop the pulling of Cook's security clearance, which is laughable. No court in the land will ever touch the DOD pulling a security clearance.

90. what you get from a dentist with an online diploma mill "law degree..."
writing how she thinks real lawyers write.

There's also a strong vibe of the sort of "over-speaking" you get when idiots are questioned by police officers: "Yes, officer, I got into an altercation with that gentleman over there after he interrupted me while I was conversating with my associates."

She's too focused on trying to sound "lawyerly" and "elevated" that she ends up showing just how dumb, uneducated and unqualified she is.

13. Given his actions, I am not surprised. I did notice something very interesting in...
the last paragraph in the OP and it is this:

Essentially, because of the “nutty and crazy” situation and the communications received from DSS was no longer employable by him at all. SO HE WAS NOT OPTIMISTIC ABOUT GETTING ME ANOTHER JOB IN THE COMPANY. Grice also reported to Plaintiff that there was some gossip that “people were disappointed in” the Plaintiff because they thought he was manipulating his deployment orders to create a platform for political purposes.

*** I used caps in the key sentence, they are not in the original.

The majority of the item is written in the third person, as if his 'lawyer' wrote it but it is clear Cook wrote this as he slipped and said "ME" in that sentence instead of "the Plaintiff".

Teh Stoopid continues, lol.

55. Charles Lincoln
This is from the California Bar site:

CHARLES EDWARD LINCOLN <#171793>, 44, of Cedar Park, Texas was disbarred Jan. 11, 2004, and was ordered to comply with rule 955.

In 2000, Lincoln was convicted in Texas on a federal charge of falsely representing his Social Security number, a felony. As a result, he gave up his license to practice in the state.

Originally charged with five felonies, the case resulted from Lincoln applying for a checking account using a false Social Security number.

In a second matter, he was disbarred from U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas after a federal judge requested an investigation of Lincoln because two of his clients had a falsified receipt. The receipt purported to be from the federal court clerk and represented funds the clients had given Lincoln. The clients believed Lincoln was depositing their money in an escrow account related to their case.

Two days before a hearing by the federal court’s admissions committee, Lincoln went to his clients’ home, instructed them not to tell the judge that he gave them the receipt, which he asked them not to produce, and he gave the clients a cashier’s check for $6,000. He did not appear at the hearing.

In a previous lawsuit, the same judge determined that Lincoln was involved in discovery abuse and filed duplicative motions. The judge issued sanctions and dismissed the lawsuit with prejudice.

The State Bar Court determined that Lincoln’s misconduct in Texas amounted to violations of California law as well.

18. Not surprising. Most DOD contracts give the Gov't the right to reject any contractor personnel
if they're not happy with them for any reason. The shitstorm this guy has caused is likely why DOD has said "we don't want him on the contract anymore". They don't have to give a reason. The Contractor (Simtech) would then be obligated to provide a replacement.

The less likely, but still possible scenario is that DOD yanked his clearance. Holding a valid security clearance may be a required condition of his employment with Simtech, and losing the clearance would be grounds for dismissal.

It's possible that his position in his Reserve unit also required him to carry a clearance, if it did then his military career is definitely over.

The man made himself a security liability by doing what he did in the way that he did it.

I doubt a court martial is in his future, since he retained the right, up to the time of deployment, to withdraw from going. That's his legal right.

He's just finished, that's all. Some rightwingnut company will hire him, of that I have no doubt, but good luck getting any kind of security clearance. It's never going to happen.........................

"...Congress, the Secretary of Defense, the Secretary of a military department, the Secretary of Transportation, or the Governor or legislature of any State, Territory, Commonwealth, or possession in which he is on duty or present shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.”

That's Article 88.

Back when Taitz originally aksed for military members to join her bullshit.

Instead, the veterans who knew the score were silenced by the Birfers. The Birfers who joined in 2008 had more power on the boards than the long time Freeper veterans who had posted there for more than a decade.

And by veteran, I am speaking about military veterans.

From what I've been reading, even Freeps were telling him this was not a good idea.

Oh well...no brains, no headaches.

54. Orly is crowing she won
I guess anything short of getting stripped of his citizenship and exiled to the moon is a win for her. What does her client think, I wonder?
"We won! We won before we even arrived," she said with excitement. "It means that the military has nothing to show for Obama. It means that the military has directly responded by saying Obama is illegitimate – and they cannot fight it. Therefore, they are revoking the order!"

She continued, "They just said, 'Order revoked.' No explanation. No reasons – just revoked."

Centcom: Yes, the President Is an American Citizen
By David Weigel 7/15/09 4:49 PM

Lt. Comm. William Speaks, a spokesman for Centcom, spoke with TWI today about Maj. Stefan F. Cook’s controversial request for conscientious objector status.

“Maj. Cook volunteered for the one year assignment to Afghanistan, in May of this year,” said Speaks. “After he brought this stuff to the fore, the unit that owned his billet canceled his orders.”

Speaks dismissed comments that Cook’s attorney Orly Taitz, made to WorldNetDaily, specifically her claim that “the military has directly responded by saying Obama is illegitimate.”

“This in no way validates any of the outlandish claims made by Maj. Cook or his attorney,” said Speaks. “The idea that this validates those charges about the president’s fitness for office is simply false.”

There's speculation on military.com that he volunteered in May (after Obama was elected) specifically for the purpose of refusing to go once orders were cut.

Huh??? Aren't unions socialist terrorist breeding grounds that want to steal from the rich and give to the poor? Guess anything really is ok if you're a rethuglican!

It would appear that Orly Taitz may be in BIG trouble, as in, prison time, for inciting active duty military against the Gov.

They mentioned general incompetence and being hungry for media attention. I think they're trying to protect their own by putting the blame on her. Unfortunately, it still makes him look dimwitted, both for not taking the time to find a competent lawyer and for allowing himself to be drawn in as her patsy.
