1. Ummm

Check out the F-22 construction contract.

The military says that they don't want any more of these planes. Congress just voted (over the Pentagons and the Presidents direct wishes) to fund more of these planes.

Somehow, the various sub-contractors missed TWO states... they only have factories (for this plane) in 48.
