Mostly over 50 and WHITE, pasty WHITE, and old, lots of OLD people (like me) who if they live in the area of the tea party, are pretty well off. You see, Morristown, the hub of Morris COUNTY NJ, is one of the wealthiest, Rethug counties in the US of A. And these OLD, pasty WHITE tea baggers (refer to the pictures at the link) were bitchin and moaning about how badly President Obama is treating them (they really are racist pigs)



About 500 of these brave OLD WHITE Americans showed up to give Obama what for. And you know what, they make me laugh. How many MILLIONS turned out in the Tri-State area to protest Dickweed Booshe. And all they can muster is 500 OLD WHITE Rethugs.

An (iced) Tea Party on the Morristown Green


The Morristown Independence Day Tea Party got lucky with the weather, and featured a string of veterans and politicians to decry what they see is a tax burden that has grown too heavy.

"You are not alone if you are shocked by the bailouts, deficit spending and the non-stimulus stimulus packages," thundered Rich Luzzi, a Sparta resident who is the organization's president.


"As government grows, your freedom recedes," he said.

Membership in the Tea Party group is free - if you attend three meetings, you're a member - said Jefferson resident and group member Peter Glenn. The roster numbers about 70.

The crowd, largely over 50 and white, sported posters proclaiming "Born Free, Taxed to Death,"Stop Spending My Money," and "Cut the Pork." Some wore tea bags on their hats. One police officer estimated attendance at close to 500. He said the spring event held on April 15-- Tax Day-- drew about 750.
