An Oklahoma City woman pleaded no contest to prostitution charges after she accepted a box of Frito-Lay chips for oral sex.

Lahoma Sue Smith told police who found her in her car with a man looking for a prostitute that the man didn’t have any money, so she agreed to accept a $30 case of chips as payment, the Oklahoman reported. The man worked for Frito-Lay. He was not arrested based on officer discretion.

Smith, 36, was fined $1,142. She admitted that she had been arrested for prostitution “two or three” times.

She looks like she may have gotten chips or other fatty foods a time or two in the past. I believe the police report also identifies her as an American Indian. Based on her gender, size, and race, she might have grounds for three discrimination lawsuits.
