Let's give Iranians a lesson
lets show them how our democracy takes care of it's citizens by approving universal health care, election reform, education reform....

The US is the only country in the western hemisphere that doesn't have national health insurance, even though most countries can't afford to make it universal.

Face it, we're being screwed six ways from Sunday and we've never been kissed.
