7. I Used To Have Respect For Will...

In the 80s and 90s he actually had coherent arguments...a youngish Raygun. These days he's, like the "Raygun legacy" is a joke. Seems like he's spending as much time trying to prove he's a "conservative" than debating. He's not wingnutty enough for the flying monkeys and seems adrift..and truely clueless.

This guy typifies the beltway mindset...provincial, self absorbed and no matter how wrong they are, they still can count on a nice, fat paycheck.

3. It is not the place of C-Span to correct or change anything a guest says

If the guest wants to act like a fool on TV C-Span is there to let them do it. It is not the place of any host on C-Span to interject themselves into the conversation in any way. Now I know it happens from time to time and of course it is infuriating to see and hear some of the asswipes they have on the programs, but overall there is nothing that even approaches C-Span for fair and unadulterated coverage.

6. I have a distinct memory of her at one of bush*s last...

press club dinners televised on c-span. She was at a large table close to the stage and when bush* was introduced, she leaped to her feet, nearly knocking her chair over, clapping so hard I thought her hands were going to be blistered. She was one of the last people in the audience to finally sit down.
