We are ALL Iranians

Gore won. Kerry won. However, SCOTUS sat Bush the first time, and the vote was rigged the second time.

The only difference between us and them is...they got off their asses and hit the streets when their vote was stolen.
Now, I don't think it will make too much of a difference in the outcome, but the world perception that Iranians SUPPORT the government-installed asshat is gone. Just like the world perception that we support bush and his torture policies is correct--until we do something to change that perception.

PROSECUTE TORTURE NOW!

1. world perception of the United States changed when Obama won the election
and i think it is one reason for what is going on in Iran right now.

is there anything that shows the world thinks most AMericans support torture rather than Bush and the wingnuts ?

2. I believe the "world" actually thought that these crimes might be prosecuted
under a new President and I don't think we have any claim on what is going on in Iran--they are willing to sacrifice. We are not.

4. I agree. I doubt most Iranians would take to the streets if
they feared their protests would bring American troops to their country. The wingnuts can crow about Obama not being tougher on Iran, but what they really fear is that his policy of staying out of Iran's business is already proving to be the best policy.
