Your Liberal Media: Pols discussing Iran on TV
So I am flipping through the channels this morning and this is who I see being interviewed about Iran.
On CBS Early Show; Sen. Lugar, R-Indiana. On the Today Show; Sen. McCain, R-Arizona. On Good Morning America; Mitt Romney, R- unelected.
They all got there shots in on Obama and all gave there Repub skew.
Do you think that maybe the Networks should have talked to someone who actually has something to do with American foreign policy? (That's silly, I know)

It's still a GOP world inside the Beltway, we're just visiting.

Power behind "elected" officials dictating what is said. Ayatollahs or Corporatist, same thing

3. The Blind Leading The Blind...
The corporate media's coverage of this story is, as usual, half-assed and poorly done. It's another "American myopia"...totally filtered into the "how does it affect us" bullshit. It fails to look into the history and culture of Iran...what is really at play here. The blowhards in the beltway think the world revolves around them and that we NEED to hear from them on any and every topic...even if they haven't the vaguest clue what they're talking about. Get two or three of these in a room and you have a weekly network "news" show...also known as a circle jerk.
