1. He was over-celebrated while still alive. Even GF Will said folks needed to stop naming stuff
after him. That it had gotten out of hand.

Obama can once again say he 'reached across the aisle' and this will have little other impact on us.

6. I would agree, but DC's airport has been named for him, the largest Federal bldg in DC
has been named for him and one of the navy's largest ships has been named for him.

All while he was still alive.

The Ronald Reagan Legacy Commission was very effective.

12. True. But Nancy Reagan hated both sets of Bushes and the Clintons. I think she really wants back in
the White House.

The White House staff just hated her, actually. The full dress rehearsals for state dinners that she insisted being done - as if the White House staff doesn't know how to do these things - left a lot of bad blood between NR and the staff.

Use it in service to Wall Street, to increase the budgets of the Pentagon & MIC, and lock out anything resembling a liberal point of view from your administration.

Does that cover Obama's understanding?

As long as they can keep the celebration silent and under a minute in length. That should suit him and his presidency.

to celebrate AIDs awareness, poverty abatement warriors, and labor heroes. If the Feds are going to fund this, then our events should get funds, too.

:puke:

Here in the D.C. area one of the key "tells" that differentiate democrats from republicans is how an individual refers to our LOCAL airport:

Democrats = National Airport
Republicans = Reagan National Airport

It's a sly and covert tell but AN INDICATOR none-the-less. :evilgrin:
