4. So sad that the only remnant of this great strip is
them godawful "Calvin peeing" decals you see on the back of cars.




Ironically the dumbasses in the cars probably don't know who the fuck Calvin is.

anybody who has one of those should know that he never got a penny for any of that ...

One of his collections (I believe it's "The Essential Calvin & Hobbes") details his struggles with being in control of his strip, and his fight against the merchandising (Garfieldization, if you will) of his characters ...

I really hoped that, after he retired the strip, you would have seen a "Spaceman Spiff" strip ...

7. Watterson should sue the people making those decals.
Particularly the ones featuring Calvin praying to a cross.

Talk about bastardizing his work.

6. It misses a Calvin spiking the town's water supply.
Buying off the mayor and police force, then denigrating the bottled water sales as questionable. That would be American business.
