2. It's the elephant in the room, but military spending also helped drive the US gov't into deficits.
We could cut military spending by half, which is a little over 300 billion/year, and we would still rank as the greatest military spender on the planet beating both Russia and China.

"Cyberwarfare" is itself pretty much a bullshit concept.
