getting all like "I didn't come here to be treated like this" and Jon just kept it up and ***MADE*** him like it too.

7. Flashes Of The Old Larry King...

I used to listen to him on radio in the 70's...he truly was the best in the biz, and I don't say that lightly. He has/had a quick wit and a wicked sense of humor. His best interviews have been with comedians. Rickles, Newhart...even Carlin and Letterman would do his show regularly. Stewart surely knew it and brought it out. I mean, how "edgy" can you get when you're interviewing dead or nearly dead people every night? Larry picked up on the younger audience and played it well.

8. I remember listening to him in the early 80's on the car radio.

I made dozens of trips back and forth between Des Moines and Omaha. Some of these trips were at night and I looked forward to them because I knew I would be able to listen to Larry King. It was entertaining and it kept me alert during those late night drives across Interstate 80.
